Turbo Tax Desktop Deluxe calculated a penalty on my return using Form 2210, yet the form is not available in the Print and Save forms. How do I save/print a copy of the Form 2210? Should I have done something different when letting Turbo Tax guide me thru its questions? As this appears to have been an issue for years, will Turbo Tax ever address it? Thanks.

I agree it should be in the PDF with all forms and worksheets even if your 2210 is not in your filing by default.
if you go to Forms mode you can bring up 2210 either using Open Form and put 2210 into search, or double click thru Line 38 and again in the 1040 worksheet to show Form 2210.
from there you can print/save-as-PDF the form but I found for me that didn't print Part III with the quarterly under/over payment calculations but you can take a screenshot for your records.
Thanks for the information. This issue of not including Form 2210 in the Print/Save forms looks to have been an issue for years.
As you point out, I can see a copy of the form in the Open Form option, but printing/saving that form does not include Part III (page 2) or page 3.
Turbo Tax needs to address/fix these issues.
