Check processing payment

Per the Irs check submitted for payment are converted to electronic and a debit would appear on bank statement however, I received the canceled check from my bank showing I no electronic conversion. This would imply the IRS did not process it. This is confusing can someone explain

If your bank statement shows the cancelled check you sent to the IRS then the taxes were paid.
