Charges for Turbotax Live Assisted Sole Proprietor

I was billed $219 for TurboTax Live Assisted Sole Proprietor. I did not realize I had selected that service. Did not intend to buy it. Would like a refund.

If you already e-filed, you are unlikely to get a refund for the software you used, but you can have a conversation with customer support about that.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
