Cashapp failed my tax refund deposit.

So I was supposed to be getting my federal refund deposited today, I got a notification from cash app so I jumped to grab my phone because I thought my refund was in. When I looked at the message however and opened my phone, the deposit had failed. I contacted the cashapp support manager Casey and they said that the ACH transaction was mistakenly sent as a debit and not a deposit. I contacted the IRS after, they have no clue what cashapp is talking about or what happened. Neither cashapp or the IRS know. I’m lost. Can anyone help?

If TurboTax is unable to deliver your refund via direct deposit, we will send you a check issued by Intuit, for the full amount of your refund, minus any fees. The check will be mailed to the address on your federal tax return. We want to make sure that the customer understands that they will not be charged for 5DE but may still have fees deducted from their refund if they chose to pay their TurboTax fees with their refund.
