Cant seem to get all my 2019 tax returns

What do you mean by all my tax returns? When you log in you should find the one tax return that you filed. Are you saying that the PDF that you download is not complete or are you looking for more than one tax return?

Yes the PDF is not complete. i.e.: I file a Florida State file which is only 2 pages no problem, that comes in the PDF on my computer - My Federal and North Carolina State File do not; cant see any info, so thats a problem. I have tried  what they recommend; Download PDF/Print and nothing but those 2 pages mentioned?

So how do I get access to "All" my 2019 filing?

Right now the 2019 returns are being archived. When the 2020 online program goes live in early December come back and download the fresh PDF which will include all the returns and the worksheets. Going forward, always remember to save a PDF with and without the worksheets before the online system closes mid-october.

Thank you for that info, its very good to know and will make sure form now on to download after finishing the taxes..
