Cant print return on free edition any help

To access your current (if available) or prior year return:

1. Sign in to TurboTax using the same login information you used for last year.
2. Go to Your tax returns & documents at the bottom of the main screen (if you're already in your return, select Tax Home in the left-hand menu first).
3. If not already visible, select Show and then the year you're looking for.
4. Now select:

• Download/print return (PDF) to get a PDF copy you can view or print
• Download .tax file to get the data file, which you can open and edit in the TurboTax CD/Download software.

Hi I already try to download and is not working I need to print this year return, how can I do it. thanks

Since the Download/print return isn't working, try these steps:

• When you sign onto your online account and see the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  This will take you back to your online tax return.
• Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. 
• Then click on Print Center. 
• Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  (You can choose the option to Include government and TurboTax worksheets if need be.)
