My Taxes were Accepted in January. For 3 months it says i have an available amount of xxxx is available on my on my card on the Intuit site. But when i call to check my balance i have nothing on there. I've been trying to get in touch with somebody on the phone for weeks. I ordered a new card and activated it and it still shows i have no money. I just really want to know where my money is.

When you check your refund status on the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site, does it show "Refund Sent"? When you choose to get your Federal tax refund deposited to a Turbo Visa Debit Card, TurboTax works with Green Dot to get the right account info to the IRS (and/or the State) to make sure the money gets put on your card. As soon as the IRS approves your refund, the money gets electronically deposited to your card.
Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account.
Where’s My Refund? has a tracker that displays progress through 3 stages:
(1) Return Accepted "Received," (2) Refund Approved and (3) Refund Sent.
Please see the links below for more information:
My Taxes were approved 1/27. When I look at my Intuit dashboard it tell's me i have an available balance on the card. When I enter my info on the IRS site it give me no information. The money has to be somewhere because Turbotax just took out 120$ the other day when it was supposed to be a free filing. If turbotax can take out money i should be able to as well, its been over 3 months since i did my taxes.
If you used the "Pay with My Refund" option, you can check your refund status here: TPG Refund Status
If the IRS sent your refund, once Santa Barbara Tax Products Group receives your refund from the IRS, they will take out the fee and send to your financial institution.
