Cant get past the page that says Who gave you a 1099-R?

What happens when you click on the the box for Form 1099-R and then on Continue?

Have you tried deleting the 1099-R and then re-entering it?

To delete the 1099-R:

Log in to your account.
Select Federal
Select Wages and Income
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Select Edit next to IRA, 401K, Pension Plans (1099-R)
Select the trashcan icon next to the 1099-R
