Cannot see status of taxes. Where's my refund says ive entered my information incorrectly, i haven't. They were accepted, why do i get this error message?

Cannot see status of taxes. Where's my refund says ive entered my information incorrectly, i haven't. They were accepted, why do i get this error message?

If your return has been accepted, but you’re still not able to track it, then you are likely not entering something correctly.

If you e-filed, make sure the return was e-filed successfully and accepted. To find out this information see the information below:
https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

If accepted, you should be able to track your return by the below information:
http://www.irs.gov/Refunds

Be sure to enter the federal refund amount without the state refund.  
Only enter the federal refund amount less any TurboTax fees if you chose to pay any fees out of the refund.

Thanks for your response. I've matched up the 3 pieces of information they ask for with my 2017 return. Have been doing so since i filed 17 days ago no error in the information, and received acceptance email from turbotax within 24 hours of filing.  However the automated IRS line aswell as 'Where's my refund' continue to not be able to find my refund.

What does the status say when you log into your TurboTax account? Your e-file status should be the first thing you see. Or if you chose to mail returns, you'll see Ready to Mail or Printed.

You can also click here e-file status lookup tool to check your e-file status. If you filed it successfully, you should see Pending, Accepted or Rejected.
