I did not use this nor authorize it and i did not file so why it is impossible to reach anyone to cancel th eorder or why there is no cancelation link or email in the order. this is against consumer protection.

deceptive desktop app when clicked on purchase defence then canceled, it took me back to suggest purchasing and when i placed the order it told me i purchased advisor support!!!

come on, why would i need advisor support if i have already done and finalized my return and i was going ahead to submit my return except for your app deceptive pop ups and deceptive tactics?!

agai, cancel my order ASAP. i am on your phone for over 30 min, and the email to you back to cancel bounced back.

i am positive this is against trade and marketing rules (FTC ruled against making it impossible to cancel like you are doing)

while ordering audit defence, it took me back to live advisor!!, why would i need that if i am already ready to file.

cancel this order asap and refund me.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

I do Not want to use the TurboTax service. The online site is a deceptive BAIT AND SWITCH! I did not sign up for nor did I use the EXPERT service yet I was charged for it! I see that you have had multiple complaints about this service. I would like to cancel the transaction effective immediately!
