Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

When you locate the account--what does it say--"accepted" "rejected" or "ready to mail?"
If in fact you did not file your 2015 return, it is now too late to receive a tax refund for 2015, but if you owe, you still need to pay the tax due, and you will be subject to late filing penalties and interest.
A 2015 return cannot be e-filed. It must be printed, signed and mailed.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
