Can you please tell me why i still have not received my 2019 tax refund which turbo tax did and i sent in to irs on may 15 2021.how can i find out where my refund is?

You mailed your 2019 tax return in May of 2021?   There are millions of delays for mailed returns.   Your mailed return is likely sitting in a pile waiting to be processed and may take a few more months.   Nothing is going to show up on the IRS refund site since that site is only going to show information for 2021 refunds.    Hope you used a mailing service with tracking so you got confirmation that it was received.   All you can do is wait for the IRS to process it.  Sorry.

The IRS is currently caught up with mailed in returns through April of last year. Since yours was May, you may be getting close to a refund. If you want to be proactive:

1. If you mailed your 2019 return with tracking, first check to be sure it was actually delivered. If it never arrived, you need to mail it again.
2. Can your refund be taken? call 800-304-3107 IRS Offset program if you have reason to believe your check could be taken.
