TurboTax (and the IRS) saves tax returns for seven years.  After seven years they are purged.  In order to look at your past returns you need the exact account and user ID to get in to the account.  No one else can get to them for you.  You might have more than one account that you used, so try using the account recover tool.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Another way    (expensive way)     to get copies of your tax returns if you need exact copies is to pay the IRS $50 per return:

If you had been using the online program then access to the returns can be limited or unavailable for the next 6 weeks until the Online program goes live again in early December due to the archiving of the 2019 returns and the installation of the 2020 program.
