NO ONE has access to your tax return or your account.  No one can just make a change like that for you.  If you changed the order of your names on your most current tax return, YOU can change it back in My Info on the 2018 return.  But if you already entered income information under those names, then you have to change EVERYTHING.  Just changing the names will not change the data you entered under the names.

And changing the names will not let you get the prior years.  You need to log into the prior account.

That's common to end up with multiple accounts.  First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now.
