Can you please cancel my order for the TurboTax deluxe so I can cancel my return and get my money back! It will not let me file my return!

TT online fees are for the preparation of the returns, not to efile them. Why are you unable to file?

I would like to cancel the preparation fee of TT deluxe! I was unaware of the charge of $111 dollars! But also when going to file I do not have the information from 2017 tax season and can't receive it off the IRS website given!

It will not let me cancel and start over due to the charge made to my card!

You can still print and file by mail.
