You can check on the Massachusetts Depertment of Revenue website at Check the status of your Personal Income Tax refund.

You need to enter:

1. Tax year of the refund
2. Your Social Security number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
3. Refund amount.
