Here are the instructions for getting a copy of a return that was filed using a TurboTax Online edition.

If you used the download/CD edition then you have to look for the .tax file on your computer.

When you log into your account you may have to scroll all the way to the bottom before you see "Your Tax Returns and Documents"

To access a prior year you may have to start a 2020 return in that account.  Just enter some basic info.  See this answer by Don with a screen shot
