If you cannot log into your TurboTax account and need to know whether you filed your return (or returns) for 2016 or 2017, the easiest way is to request a transcript from the IRS at Get IRS Transcript.

If you did not file a return for 2016 or 2017, you can purchase the software at the TurboTax web page Past Years Products.

I hadn’t filed my taxes last year or the year before due to major mental health issues. I did remember to request an extension earlier this year. Am I able to get help?
