Sorry, no.  TurboTax has no information concerning a mailed tax return.  If you did not use a tracking service from the US post office then you will not know if the IRS received your tax return.  If you are owed a tax refund then check on the IRS federal tax refund website about 4 weeks after you mailed the federal tax return of the status of the tax refund - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
