Can you get the advance before you file taxes like other tax preparations?

TTX only offers it to "some" folks during January....and even then, after you apply, you get it only after the IRS accepts your fully prepared and e-filed tax return...and the IRS won't be accepting anything until (usually) late January.

The Advance won't be available until after January 1 and just when you are ready to file. And only if they offered it to you. You can't self select it. Then you don't get it until AFTER your efile is Accepted by the IRS.
