Can you file your taxes wuth turbotax if i owe them from last year ...it was supposed to be taken out my refund but refund got garnish

If you file with Turbotax Online and qualify for a refund, Turbotax won't know that you may have a garnishment, so it will allow you to "pay from your refund." But if the refund is garnished again, Turbotax will then deduct the fees from your bank account, plus the $39.99 service fee, which you will have spent for nothing.

If you think you will have a garnishment again, you should pay for the program when you file instead of using the "pay from my refund" option. If you don't have a credit card, you can pay from a checking or savings account by calling customer support.
