If I claim some one as a dependant and I owe the irs will they take the dependants money

You cannot file a joint return with someone that you are not legally married to.   You file single.

The IRS can (and will) seize any refund you get to satisfy back tax.

You cannot file a joint return with someone that you are not legally married to.   You file single.

what if you file separate cause the debit happen before we were married
