Can you explain why I haven't received my card for my tax return to be deposited to the bank. There is an account and routing number on my tax return.

I didn't every receive a card my daughter is in the same situation. Is something going on with the cards we were to receive?

If you have not received your Turbo Tax Prepaid Cards, you will need to reach out to their customer service to track them down or obtain new ones. We do not have access to the systems that service the prepaid cards. The number to reach out to their customer service is: (888) 285-4169

The account numbers listed on the return are simply the account numbers tied to the card, so the funds can be deposited.

Turbo tax needs to distant itself from the green card I have heard so many bad things about people not receiving their tax money for5 or 6 months fooling with green card I will never use this site again and I'm going to tell everyone about the experience we are going through
