We cannot see your information, so no, we cannot explain why you did not get approved. It might even be because of the state you live in.

No. There is no one in this TurboTax community forum that would know why someone was turned down for a refund advance.
The refund advance loans are only given during tax season in January to mid-February. You cannot "opt in." The loan has to be offered to you, and is only given to you after the IRS accepts your e-file.
If you weren't offered the Refund Advance see,
Advance Details and Disclosures
you can't get approved until your return is e-filed and the IRS accepts it. this won't occur until late January or early February. if you submitted your return, it's just sitting on Turbotax server until the IRS opens
Sorry ... but if an advance was not offered to you then they will send a notice of why in the mail ... no one here can see why.
If you were offered an advance then you will not know if you are approved until the IRS accepts your return for processing which will not happen until later this month. And once you have filed you cannot undo the filing or go anywhere else to file. If you try to efile twice the second filing will be rejected.
