If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, then open the program and go through the FILE section again from the beginning. Here's how to Contact TurboTax Support for more help.

If you're in TurboTax Online and don't want to finish your return and Efile it, just abandon it. All unfinished returns will be deleted after tax filing season, plus extension.
