Can you amend a return that you already amended

I amended my 2014 return but when I did it I forgot to add in my 1098 for school and my amount for books etc. is there a way I can do the amendment through turbo tax again it's not giving me the option

Yes, you can. You can amend a return as many times as necessary. Wait until the first amended return gets processed before you send the second amended income tax return. To check the status of your 1st amended income tax return, click on  Where's My Amended Return? - IRS.gov

You will have to use the 2014 CD\Download version to amend our income tax. See How do I Amend a 2014 Return in the TurboTax CD/Download Software?

You can also get to the amend section of TurboTax by:

• Typing amend in the search bar and clicking search.
• Click on Jump to amend.

 You can track your amended taxes with the IRS tracking tool. It takes the IRS around 16 weeks to process your amended taxes.

The processing time for amended state return differs from state to state. Contact your state to find out how long it takes them to process your amended taxes.

Why does turbo tax not give me the option to amend my return?

Type amend in the search bar and click search. Click on Jump to amend. This will take you to the section of TurboTax where you will be able to amend your income tax return(s).

You can't do a 2014 amended tax return online. The deadline has passed for you to be able to do it online.
