Can we hire Turbotax to review and revise our 2021 taxes for the 1040x form that the IRS sent us?

When we submit our taxes were were supposed to receive a refund, but the IRS came back with a mistake in our taxes and we now have to owe quite a bit.  We don't think this is correct so we sent a letter to the IRS and with some back and forth they now want us to fill out a 1040x form which im having issues figuring out.  I would feel more comfortable having turbo tax take care of this for me even if that means paying a fee. How would I go about initiating this?

No.  The "Live" TurboTax experts do not work on past year returns for you.  They only help with the current tax year.   

Did you use TurboTax to prepare your 2021 return?  Or was it prepared somewhere else?   What mistake does the IRS say you made?   A LOT of people made mistakes with the recovery rebate credit or the child tax credit, resulting in reduced refunds or tax owed.  Was that the problem?  or something else?
