Can we all agree here? It’s been 5 days now since both my state and federal refunds were accepted no email from the bank or anything. What’s going on with my advance?

5 days since acceptance, no emails from anybody- and nobody can tell me anything. I’m getting discouraged!

Yes, they sent me back to turbo tax to get help, which I was told you all know nothing after the refund is filed.

Once the refund has been filed, we are only able to guide you to the right place. We do not receive any notices if you have been approved or denied for the refund advance.
