If you did not file your tax returns in past years using TurboTax Online, then TurboTax has no record at all of those returns.

It is your responsibility to figure out which years you did not file tax returns. TurboTax cannot figure it out for you. TT has no way to know if you used some other software for a year when you did not use TT. Check your online account at the IRS or check the IRS for transcripts to see which years are "missing."
