Can TurboTax file a form 8962, because the irs said do not send and amended 1040x, what should I do?

Yes, people get this letter when they for whatever reason do not enter their 1095-A.  The solution is not too difficult.  Log into your return, 

• click Add a state to get in your return
• Click on Federal
• Health Insurance
• Then walk through and answer yes to the question did you have Obamacare
• continue through the health insurance section
• Enter your 1095-A

Once complete, you can print your entire return or just that form, but ONLY mail or fax the form they request.  The IRS will make adjustments if necessary to your refund.
