Can turbo tax provide me a signed copy of my tax return?

No.  No one can sign it but you.  If you need to give someone a copy you need to print it out and sign it in ink yourself.

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2022 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2022.

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online. So you need to make and keep your own backups.

Efiled returns are  signed electronically for filing purposes only ... this is done when you picked that 5 digit number to be your signature.  It is not recorded anywhere in the PDF of the return.  

You can print a paper copy of the return, take an ink pen and sign the return to hand into whoever wants a signed copy.
