The amended form (1040-X) should be available 2/23/23. You can check back later that day to amend. Although, the IRS states you should wait until your original return is fully processed before you amend your return.

Turbotax is not notified that your return has been fully processed. you can check that on the iRS website

Is the 1040X available today for has it been changed? CX cannot open amendment.
