Can the State of Oregon send me a garnishment for 2022 amended tax return when my amended return says I'm owed $343.00? What are my next steps?

I'm looking at line 47 of my 2022 Form OR-40 and under line 46 it says I'm owed $343.00.

46 and 47 are mutually exclusive, as are 41 abd 42

Yes OR can change the line with a dollar amount if they find an error in your tax return.

In which case, you have to figure out what was the reason for the change.

If after that you still disagree, you can appeal the finding.
