Can the irs use my state tax returnbank info if my federal tax don't have it on there if I filed them together? Will I still get my stimlius check?

If I filed my taxes but didn’t send my voucher in are my taxes still filed or are they waiting on me to send the voucher before they finish processing my taxes

Your taxes are filed when you get the acceptance email  even if you never pay the balance due.
