Can the Form 8995 be deleted and not filed as my farm income is not QBI

I would prefer to remove
form 8995 and not take the deduction

You should have been asked if your farm income was qualified business income and if you said it was, that is why it is being treated as such. You need to review your business entries and look for that question and change your answer.

Also, you may be able to delete the form 8995 in the online version of TurboTax as follows:

1. Tax tools (on the left menu bar)
2. Tools
3. Delete a form

Find form 8995 in the list and delete the form.
