Can't find 2018 tax filing?

Computer crashed and files were lost.

forgot to save the filing  tax  ,   can I  get it  back

I saved mine and Turbo Tax still won't give it to me.  My computer crashed but TurboTax doesn't care as long as they have their money.

If you used TT desktop, your return is stored ONLY on your computer, or any backup that you made. TT does not have a copy.
