Can't Efile prior year via Efile after reaching max 5 Efiles

I want to efile a 1040x (2021) but have used 5 efiles for that  year, so Turbo won't allow. I tried using the 2023 version,   but it won't  accept data from Turbo 2021 where data resides. Is there a way to bring it forward OR pay for an additional efile for the 2022 year to e-file the amendment.

The IRS has stopped efiling for 2022 while it prepares for the new season. You won’t be able to efile the return now. It will need to be mailed.

A 2021 amended federal tax return, Form 1040-X, cannot be e-filed using TurboTax after October 2022.  It can only be printed and mailed.
