Can't e-file amended 2021 Federal return??

I e-filed a 2021 federal tax return for an estate using turbotax business.  The return has been accepted.  I noticed I made an error in the "other withholdings" amount and was planning to file an amended return to correct it.  According to the app, I do not have a return that is eligible for e-filing now.  I was under the impression we were allowed to e-file amended returns at this time.  Is there something I'm missing?

WAIT for the IRS to fully process the return ... this is an error they may catch for you automatically.
