Can't believe you have a 3rd party taking my $ and only depositing half of what my refund was. I want an explanation and the remaining due to me.

If you elect to pay your filing fees using your refund, your refund will be processed by Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, where they deduct your filing fees and then deposit the remainder in your bank account. This process is called refund processing. However, if your refund is less than the total with your filing fees removed, please click here to review other reasons your refund may be lower than expected.

The irs told me I was supposed to get a certain amount deposited to my account but I only got 87 dollars  and some change

When were you told the specific amount?  Have you checked the IRS' Where's My Refund website?  It may have information about a correction or an offset.  For more details on why your refund could be less than expected, please see this Help Article.
