Can someone tell me when I’ll get my state refund for New Mexico as I have not received my New Mexico State refund and it’s been past 21 days?

The IRS (Federal) goal is 21 days, but each state has its own timetable. Check the NM tax website.

Per NM:
The Department generally processes electronically filed returns claiming a refund within 6 to 8 weeks.  A paper return received by the Department takes 8 to 12 weeks to process.
