You are not able to update your direct deposit information in TurboTax or with the IRS once you have filed your 2019 return. We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding the direct deposit information for the stimulus payments. We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.

I also need to update my return to include the routing numbers from my very new bank account. I was not eligible to file electronically due to some of the IRS’s requirements and regulations. I still need to print it, sign it, and mail it. How do I add my new routing number? Thank you.
