Has your tax refund been issued by the IRS?
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.
Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
If the federal tax refund has been issued and you requested to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
