Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? If so, the refund went first to the third party bank that handles refund processing. If the banking information they have for you is incorrect then they have to issue a check and mail it to you. If they do that, it comes in a plain envelope, so make sure you open all mail and do not assume anything is junk mail without opening it.
Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

Your direct deposit information will be at the bottom of your Form 1040.
To view your 1040 after filing, Sign into TurboTax > Taxes > Tax Timeline > Some other things you can do > Download/print (.pdf).
