Can I use TurboTaxLive to redo and amend my 2017 federal tax which was previously done by an accountant?

I understand I would have to go through the data entry process since the data is not yet in the TurboTax system, but I'd like to purchase the option to consult a TurboTax CPA if I run into questions.

Started a new return using different account info than I have used previously, so not accessing previous years's info. Do I need to erase and start over?
