Can I use a prepaid car I already have will turbo tax put it on the card I got from turbo tax last year or should I just order a new one

You can use your existing one. You would need to get ahold of the card issuer and ask them for the account number and routing number associated with your card. You would then choose direct deposit as your refund method and enter that routing number and account number as the account you want it to go to.
