A 2023 tax return that was originally completed and filed using the TurboTax online editions can now only be amended using the TurboTax 2023 desktop editions. All the TurboTax desktop editions include all the same forms, schedules and worksheets so there is no reason for you to upgrade.

If you paid for one of the 2023 TurboTax online editions then you will need to contact TurboTax support so they can push a 2023 desktop installation file to your download account at no charge.
