Only if it was offered to you before you filed. You can't request it.

While completing your taxes with TurboTax, you may have the opportunity to apply for a cash advance. If the Refund Advance offer is available to you, you will be able to select it in the Your refund info step of the File section. Please read the TurboTax FAQ, listed below, to learn more.
