I owe money to the IRS for an amended return. How can I pay if?

Yes you have to include a check when you mail an amended return.  Do not use any 1040V vouchers that print.  Just send the check with the 1040X.

Can it be any type of check? Are there other methods of payment as well I could send with the amended return? Debit, credit, etc?
