Can I save my return and e-file later, say in one month?

I am trying to save my 2018 return to e-file in the next month, how can I do this, it keeps asking me how I want to file now?

Yes you can.  If you are not ready to file now, simply click Sign Out located on the bottom left of the TurboTax Online website.  When you are ready to e-file, you can sign back into your account, click the Take Me to My Return button and choose to pick up where you left off.
