Can I request a refund for the unsuccessful tax filing with TurboTax?

I attempted to file my taxes with TurboTax, had difficulties, and ultimately asked for assistance from Auterny to resolve the issue.
I'd like to request a refund for the unsuccessful tax filing with TurboTax.

Yes, you can request a refund for your TurboTax that you could not use.

 

You would do that through Customer Service.
